The opportunity

A connected experience, from stockroom to floor.

A premium retail experience depends on much more than the moment of sale. Product availability, visual storytelling, team communication, community trust, and the handoff between front and back of house all affect what the customer experiences.

My work has focused on making those connections more visible and repeatable while staying responsive to the real behavior happening on the floor.

My contribution

01

Experience

Translated product needs and customer behavior into clear recommendations, stronger handoffs, and more consistent floor leadership.

02

Operations

Worked across RFID, cycle counts, inventory tracking, MSL, and BOH workflows to make product easier to locate and service easier to deliver.

03

Visual systems

Supported launches, mannequin stories, merchandising flips, and product landings that balanced global direction with local demand.

04

Community

Helped connect run clubs and partnerships to product trial, store visits, customer relationships, and measurable follow-through.

Georgetown / Store experience

Product storytelling on the floor.

The Georgetown store connects footwear, apparel, and mannequin styling in one physical environment. These views show the merchandising context behind my work on product discovery and the store experience.

Selected activations

Movement. Product trial. Community.

Each activation was designed as a connected journey—from the first invitation to movement, product discovery, recovery, and the return to the store.

What this demonstrates

Design judgment informed by what actually happens.

Working directly with customers and store teams has sharpened my ability to see where an experience breaks down, distinguish a visual problem from an operational one, and connect creative decisions to observable behavior.
