A system for
stronger coaches.

Turning a coaching philosophy into a repeatable five-week onboarding and programming system—built to improve clarity, confidence, and consistency.

The opportunity

Growth required more than a great workout.

A strong class can depend too heavily on the instincts of one coach. As the program grew, the experience needed a shared structure that could make expectations clear, shorten the path to confidence, and protect the character of the brand.

The design challenge was to standardize what mattered without flattening individual coaching style: a learning system that connected programming, practice, feedback, and performance into one repeatable experience.

System design

The program connected four layers of the experience.

The program connected training materials, class structure, and feedback through clear programming principles, a path for learning, feedback that coaches could act on, and performance signals that guided the next iteration.

Programming

Structure that coaches can use—not just admire.

Created and programmed 75-minute interval and barbell classes with a clear training arc, repeatable station logic, and enough flexibility to respond to the room.

Program expression

Different formats.
One experience language.

The system supported distinct training goals while keeping the underlying coaching behaviors, clarity, and quality bar recognizable.

Strength · Interval · Barbell

BUILD

A 75-minute training experience that paired strength development with repeatable interval architecture and clear station transitions.

Aerobic base · Recovery · Endurance

BREATHE

A focused 30-minute format using ergs and treadmills at 60–75% of maximum heart rate to build sustainable aerobic work.

What this demonstrates

Designing the conditions for consistent performance.

FLEX shows how I approach experience design beyond a screen: understand the behavior, make the system visible, give people useful feedback, and measure whether the experience is becoming easier to deliver and more valuable to join.

The case study focuses on program architecture and verified outcomes. Additional training artifacts and brand materials can be incorporated as sanitized examples become available.
